Included in your charter hire is a 10 minute window prior to the commencement of your charter where the vessel will be at the departure jetty for you. At this time we suggest any catering and or drinks and ice be loaded aboard at this time. You are welcome aboard at this time with a few others from your party in order to help with loading and decorations etc. Please ensure the rest of the party do not board until the departure time which will be noted on your booking. If you require extra time this can be arranged prior, however there will be a charge for this time.

Please note that all belongings need to be taken at the completion of the charter. On most cases we have another charter after one another therefore we do not allow goods to be left aboard once the charter has completed. Max charters do not take responsibility for any belongings left aboard, in saying that if something is accidently left on the boat, then we will do our best to look after it for you and arrange a suitable time for you to collect.

Setting up your Charter

Catering for your guests

You are required to bring all your food, drinks & ice requirements. Our crew members will happily man the BBQ for you so you can enjoy yourself should you wish. We have a large ice box for keeping all your drinks icey cold. We can at a small surcharge arrange ice to be in the ice boxes for you ready to be loaded with all your drinks.

Beverages

Drinks & ice are BYO – but we can take the hassle away and arrange this for you. Various vendors have a great delivery service for your drinks and the best thing is you will only have to pay the liquor store prices direct to the supplier.

We can send you a price list for mainstream beverages, order with us at least 2 weeks prior to your charter & your liquor will be delivered, unpacked and on ice waiting for you. Beverages are “help yourselves” basis, however our crew will endeavour to stock the ice box for you throughout your charter.

River Cruises generally have a 4 hour minimum charge & Island Charters 6 hour minimum with Group transfer & custom charter charges on application.

We want your repeat business & recommendation to others, therefore planning your charter together is paramount to achieving the outcome you desire...

What we provide

  • IPOD compatible sound system with AUX cord
  • Large BBQ with cooking utensils, cooking spray, tomato & bbq sauce
  • Onboard toilet
  • 1 x 300L ice box to keep all your drinks cold
  • Removal of all rubbish and bin bags
  • Free loading your catering, drinks & ice 10 mins prior to your charter time

What you will need to bring

  • Compatible music device
  • Towels, bathers, sun block, hat, sunglasses (recommended for day charters)
  • Food, drinks and 25kg crushed ice
  • Plastic wine glasses, platters, disposable, plates & cutlery

**WE DO NOT ALLOW WINE GLASSES, COLOUR STREAMERS, GLITTER, CONFETTI OR SIMILAR**

Optional Extras

We can supply the following at a surcharge:

  • Disposable plates, napkins & cutlery - $40.00
  • Ice charge per 5kg - $6.00 (minimum 5 bags required)
